WORKOUT PLAN

I’ve been on this non-stop journey of “eating better,” getting into shape, working out, yada yada yada. I’ve started, but I haven’t been able to stick to it. Why is it so hard to stick to doing stuff we know is good for us? I won’t waste too much time wondering why, I’ll just keep pushing at it until I get to where I want to be. Having hypertension, it’s very important that I’m taking good care of myself and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I’ve tried getting a gym membership-thinking it would force me to go. Didn’t work. I’ve looked at youtube workout videos so I didn’t have to go to the gym. Couldn’t stick to it. I even bought Kim Kardashian’s Fit in Your Jeans by Friday videos!!! Never watched em. So we’re two months into the new year and 3 months away from summer. It’s about that time to start again. Of course, I gotta have cute workout gear.  1 and 2 and 3 and 4 and get those sit up right!!!!   This should get me motivated!

I already know my workout gear will be a factor that keeps me going (don’t judge me, I like clothes, ok). I know I could probably pull some old leggings and grab a big tee but what fun is that. My workout wardrobe will be more like this:
